Package #1 includes a database file in a CSV format containing the
name, address, and phone number along with other information for each new
mover. Package #1 is more suitable for those churches using a Church Management
Software program, and has a staff person available that can process the New
Mover's database records into individual prospect documents. Once the
individual prospect documents have been created and saved they would need to be uploaded to the
"Outreach Connect" Program, and made available to the outreach team
members....

- Package # 2 is the same as package #1, but includes two additional
benefits. You will receive an additional database file that has been formatted for printing
mailing labels. Plus you will receive a web link to a personalized custom
web landing page created just for your church. The landing page includes a
personal welcoming message from your church, your service times, a link to
your church's website, plus an online gift basket complements of your church.
The online gift basket
will contain coupons, free items, and services provided by local and national
retail merchants, restaurants, and other service providers that are available within
your community. Once the online gift basket has been viewed by a new mover your
church will receive an automatic e-mail notification containing detailed
information about the person or family. The information you will receive
will be provided by the new mover prospects themselves, and can be use to target your
ministries' outreach and follow-up process....

mover's database records processed by CAA Ministries. New mover
records will be converted to individual prospect documents
(PDF format), and automatically uploaded to your church's

success in reaching the new movers within your community, and it requires no
processing by you church staff or outreach coordinator. In other words
with this package once a month the new mover's prospect information will
automatically appear in your "Outreach Connect" program ready for your
church's outreach team to contact and follow-up.....
